CDEC: Coordinate Decimal Places

This record specifies the number of decimal places for latitude and longitude coordinates that are listed in GeoLab text output files.

The format of the CDEC record is as follows:

Columns 002-005: CDEC
Columns 007-007: Number of decimal places (4, 5, or 6)

Note that this record overrides the corresponding setting in the options file used for the network processing. It is provided for backward compatibility and is not normally used.
