Troubleshooting the Help Guide

Are the detail pages in the GeoLab Guide not displaying for you?

This problem is caused by Windows blocking access to the GeoLab CHM guide file,
The good news is that it's easy to fix!

Please do the following to fix this:

  1. Open Windows Explorer (press and hold the Windows key and press E);

  2. Browse to your GeoLab installation folder;

  3. Right-click the GeoLabGuide.chm (or earlier GeoLabGuide.chm) file and choose Properties;

  4. On the General tab, click the button labeled "Unblock";

  5. Click the OK button.

Note that, depending on your version of Windows, the details of unblocking this file may be slightly different.
