​HCLV: HMP Confidence Level

This record is used to specify the confidence level (in percent) used for horizontal error ellipses of adjusted coordinates of the "horizontal mid-point" (HMP) between two specified adjusted points. The value given must be from 10.0 to 99.999. Also see the HCMP record and PREL record.

The format of the HCLV record is as follows:

Columns 002-005: HCLV
Columns 007-016: Confidence level for horizontal error ellipses of the adjusted coordinates of the "horizontal mid-point" (HMP) between two specified adjusted points.

Note that this record overrides the corresponding setting in the options file used for the network processing.
