VSGL: Global Variance Scale

This record specifies a factor for scaling input observation variances/covariance matrices. All observations following this record (any number of VSGL records may be used) will have their otherwise specified (in the text input file) variances/covariance matrices scaled by this factor.

You can use a VSGL record to re-scale a number of variances/covariance matrices that are already scaled using VSCA records.

The format of the VSGL record is as follows:

Columns 002-005: VSGL
Columns 007-022: Global factor for observation variances/covariance matrices.
