PRES: Print Residuals

This record controls which residuals are printed.

The format of the PRES record is as follows:

Columns 002-005: PRES
Columns 007-009: Print residuals (YES/NO)
Columns 011-013: Print only residuals flagged for rejection (YES/NO)

Note that this record overrides the corresponding settings in the options file used for the network processing. It is provided for backward compatibility and is not normally used.
